Hi, I’m Daniel D’Addario, Salon’s culture reporter.
Previously, from January 2011 to December 2012, I was a staff writer for The New York Observer, covering the arts and society.
I’ve also written for The New Republic, Slate, Out, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Awl, The Daily Beast, This Recording, and Interview. I am especially interested in cultural and literary reporting and criticism as well as gay culture. I majored in American studies and English at Columbia.
